About This Project

This couple is very dear to our hearts. Mary & David compliment one another so well, and this wedding was a beautiful expression of their love for each other. Both the bride and groom come from lovely families. Mary has four brothers who came to her parent’s home before the ceremony to surprise her – it truly made her day.

Mary & David had a traditional Catholic wedding at St. Cecilia’s Church in Fox Chase. David is originally from Montreal, and his family still resides there. To honor him and his family, both Canadian and American flare was represented at the reception. There was an ice sculpture with both an American and Canadian Flag representing the merging of the two cultures. Speeches were given in English and French, and each guest was given maple syrup in a maple leaf shaped container as their gift. It was an absolutely beautiful day, and we were privileged to be a part of it.
