About This Project

Event planners are perfectionists, and there is no other way to describe this wedding other than perfect. Sure, we’re partial, this is our founder’s wedding, but it was absolutely stunning.

Not a detail was sparred. Out of town guests were given guides to the beautiful city of Philadelphia and all guests staying at the hotel were given welcome packages upon check-in. The color scheme of pink and black was carried throughout the event – from the florals, to the signage, the flip-flops, and even the koozies for guests’ drinks.

Upon arrival guests were greeted and seated to the sounds of a string quartet playing classical music. Following the ceremony the quartet were also the cocktail reception entertainment, switching from classical to modern classics like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, even Billy Joel.

During the cocktail reception the bride and groom mingled with guests, as they had photos taken prior to the ceremony, allowing them to spend as much time as possible with their loved ones. After the cocktail reception the sit-down dinner was timed perfectly to include speeches and the traditional dances.

After dinner the couple and their guests danced the night away. Following the reception, an after-party was hosted by the couple at the hotel bar where they had Soft Pretzels awaiting their guests as a late-night snack!
